Before you drive
We verify every driver before handover and explain the rate, mileage, deposit and insurance position before you confirm.
Valid Emirates ID, passport or residency details, and a valid UAE driving licence.
Passport, valid visit status and a driving licence accepted in the UAE. An International Driving Permit may also be required.
Your vehicle, rental rate, security deposit, mileage allowance and insurance terms are confirmed in writing.
Driver eligibility depends on licence, visa status, age, vehicle category and insurer approval. Original documents may be required at handover.
Rental Essentials
Every booking includes a written quotation or rental summary. The exact amounts and allowances depend on the selected vehicle, rental period and driver eligibility.
Check Availability ↗The displayed amount is an initial rental estimate. Your confirmation shows the final rental charge, security deposit, payment schedule and any approved optional services before payment. The company is not currently VAT registered.
A refundable security deposit may apply. The amount, payment method, release conditions and expected refund process are confirmed in writing for your selected vehicle.
Your included mileage and the rate for additional kilometres are shown in the quotation and rental agreement. Monthly and specialist vehicles may have different allowances.
Insurance cover, excess, excluded uses, minimum driver age and licence requirements vary by vehicle and insurer. Additional drivers must be declared and approved before driving.
Return the vehicle at the agreed fuel level. Tolls, parking, traffic fines, excess mileage, damage, cleaning and other post-rental charges are itemised in the final settlement when applicable.
Doorstep, hotel and airport delivery or collection can be requested. Availability, timing, service area and any fee are confirmed before the booking is accepted.
Contact us as early as possible to change dates, cancel or extend. Approval, availability and any charge depend on the written booking terms and notice provided.
