What documents do UAE residents need?
A valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence are required. Passport or residency details may also be requested for verification.
What documents do visitors need?
Visitors require a passport, valid UAE entry status, home-country driving licence and an International Driving Permit where the licence is not accepted directly in the UAE.
Is the vehicle confirmed immediately?
An online request is not a confirmed rental. Our team verifies the vehicle, driver documents, rate, deposit, mileage and insurance terms before issuing written confirmation.
How is the security deposit handled?
The refundable deposit or card hold is shown separately from the rental amount. Its amount, permitted deductions and expected release process are confirmed before payment.
What does the rental rate include?
Your quotation identifies the rental period, included mileage and insurance position. Delivery, airport service, additional drivers and other optional services are shown separately when applicable.
What can be charged after the rental?
Applicable Salik, Darb, parking, traffic fines, excess mileage, missing fuel, late return, extension, cleaning, damage, recovery and missing accessories are itemised in the final settlement.
Can I change or extend a booking?
Contact the reservations team before the confirmed return time. Changes and extensions require vehicle availability, updated pricing and written approval.
Can the car be delivered?
Doorstep, hotel and airport service can be requested. The location, time and any applicable delivery, collection or parking charge are confirmed in writing.
What happens after an accident?
Stop safely, contact the police and notify 365 Luxury Car Rental immediately. A valid police report is normally required for insurance processing. Do not arrange repairs independently.
Can another person drive the vehicle?
Only drivers named and approved in the rental agreement may drive. Every additional driver must meet the document, age, licence and insurer requirements.
Are smoking and off-road driving permitted?
Smoking, racing, towing, unlawful use and off-road use are prohibited unless a written vehicle-specific permission expressly states otherwise.
How do corporate bookings work?
Businesses submit their company and authorised-driver details. After verification, our team prepares a quotation and confirms billing, deposit, driver and vehicle terms.
